TNY264PN (Power Integrations) is a TinySwitch-II off-line switcher with an integrated 700 V power MOSFET for low-power flyback supplies, in a DIP-8B package with matte tin (RoHS) lead finish.

• 700 V MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit and thermal shutdown on one monolithic device
• 132 kHz jittered switching frequency (~10 dB lower EMI) · 250 mA typ. current limit
• Output power 5.5 W (adapter) / 9 W (open frame) at 230 VAC ±15 %; 4 W / 6 W at 85–265 VAC
• No-load consumption <50 mW with bias winding · auto-restart and line undervoltage detection
